INSPIRED ACTION STEP
In those moments when your faith may waiver, you feel alone, or you temporarily lose hope, remember ‘who you are‘…a magnificent creation of God and the Universe whose presence and experience on this planet is vitally important to the whole. You have a great purpose…it is to BE YOU!
Stop and think about how many lives you have touched over the years. YOU are amazing! When it feels like things may not be going your way and you are at the point of giving up on your dreams…remind yourself that ANYTHING is possible.
- This week, write the words “IT’S POSSIBLE” on 5 sticky notes.
- Put them up in 5 different places where you are going to see them often (ex. at your desk, on your mirror, in your car, in your wallet, on your vision board…etc).
- For the next 7 days, every time you look at one, say out loud 3 times “What I desire IS possible!“
The point of this exercise is to reprogram your mind and build a strong belief that you CAN achieve your goals and dreams. When you train your brain to believe that what you want is possible, you will start to think, speak, and act in ways that will align you with your desires.
