Do this first thing in the morning


How you begin your morning has a massive effect on your results during the day.

Watching uplifting programs, listening to positive energizing music, and reading material that is optimistic first thing in the morning adds to the overall good-feeling of your day.

Your subconscious mind is registering EVERYTHING you are putting into it.  What you impress upon the subconscious actually affects your results.  So, be selective about what you expose yourself to.

Here is an example of a fun uplifting process to start your day:

  1. First, everyday for the next 7 days, before you get out of bed, think of 5 things you appreciate.
  2. Second, Feel the feelings of gratitude for those things.
  3. Third, play this song while you are getting out of bed…feel free to dance and sing along :)!  It will help you get focused on feeling good.  (If you do not prefer this song, pick one that energizes you and gets you pumped up for the day.)

  1. Good idea!! I usually WATCH the News! Not good!! BUT Then I go to aerobics, or acquasize or YOGA.. So that is good. !!! Also walk Brigette before I go. I’ve been walking her in the evening too since I got my gate in the NEW fence. We walk up around the hospital to the pond with a PRETTY fountain And walk around it And then back home. About 45min. Usually see a nice sunset to boot on the way back. 🙂
