INSPIRED ACTION STEP
Confidence is key in creating what you desire. It starts with this one element… your MINDSET.
How you think and feel about yourself is what is shaping your behaviors, attitudes, and actions.
- Take out a piece of paper and write down a list of 10 positive beliefs you choose to think and feel about yourself and your life. For example:
- I am strong.
- I am beautiful.
- Making money is easy for me.
- I am capable.
- I am creating a successful and happy marriage.
- I am healthy and vibrant.
- I am the worlds best _____.
- I am creating a thriving business.
- I am wealthy and prosperous.
- I am living the life of my dreams with my soulmate….etc.
- Then read your list out loud everyday for the next 7 days. As you are reading each new belief, visualize and feel yourself already experiencing it.
