- Go for a walk
- Start a gratitude book that you write in everyday
- Sit and enjoy your favorite meal with total focus (do not do anything else while eating except pay attention to all your senses as you experience the food)
- Sit in nature and observe all the beauty that surrounds you
- Make a list of all the things you appreciate in that moment
- Sing and/or listen to joyful music
- Hang out with positive friends
- Volunteer for a cause that you feel passionate about
- Take a bath
- Read something positive and uplifting
- Hug a friend
Everyday, for the next 7 days, pick one new thing on this list (or come up with your own), and do that activity.
