Every day for the next 7 days, when you wake up, grab a note book and pen and write down:
- 3 things you are grateful for and
- Your intention for the day
What do you intend to experience, accomplish, and feel for that day?
After that, take 2 minutes to visualize your day working out great! Feel the feelings as if you had already lived your day and it was terrific.
Then, go about you business and allow yourself to focus on feeling good (to the best that you can). Trust that whatever plays out will be in your highest good.
If you experience something you do not prefer, do not get discouraged. Take it as an opportunity to CLARIFY in your mind what you would prefer. (If something did not work out as desired, imagine what you would have liked to have experienced. If you get intuition to take action on something, then follow it). Focus more on how you want to FEEL rather than how something should play out.
This sets you up to be mindful of the thoughts you focus on as you create your day. The energy (vibe) you send out comes from your conscious and subconscious thoughts. This daily exercise helps you to recalibrate your conscious thoughts each morning and guide your focus so as to help create more desirable experiences.
Remember to be thankful for all your experiences be it the ones that are enjoyable AND the ones that allow you to gain clarity.
