INSPIRED ACTION STEP
Putting the “extra effort” in to create what you want in life may mean taking physical action steps that can initially feel uncomfortable. That is because you are in the process of creating something new… which is unknown. Putting the “extra effort” in can also mean that your next-level of success may require you to shift your “mindset and attitude” in order to create what you desire. This too can initially feel uncomfortable.
Both are equally important and will be the tipping point for you in creating your desired results. The choice is YOURS. “Life is not about finding yourself, life is about CREATING yourself”… Who do you choose to BE and what extra mental and physical effort are you willing to invest in becoming that version of yourself?
- Take out a piece of paper and pen
- Write down one desire you have in life that you are either working towards or would like to start working towards.
- Imagine you already have attained the thing you desire. What kind of mindset, beliefs, and physical habits did you imagine you needed to cultivate in order to have your desire?
- Make a commitment to yourself for the next 7 days to engage in one activity a day (both physical and mental) that will propel you towards your desire. 🙂
